You will have to open up the machine from the top and take the mill apart. be careful as there are springs and balls which might be hidden in the coffe powder. you will also need to clean the rectangular tunnel going from the mill to the powder release. if you are not good at doing things yourself then you better give it to a service center. they should have about one hour of work with it.
